Typical Heights and Weights for an adult man, a nine year female, and a baby
Muhammad -- Height 177 cm (5 ft 8 in) Weight 72 kg (160 lbs)
Aisha -- Height 133 cm (4 ft 4 in) Weight 29 kg (64 lbs)
Baby -- Height 49 cm (1 ft 7 in) Weight 3.5. kg ( 7.7 lbs)
Farside's Commentary: It would have been nearly impossible for Aisha at her size and weight to conceive a child of 3.5 kg. Most likely outcome would have been a miscarriage if she was fertile. Muhammad had access to all the delicacies of Arabia, and the given weight of 72 kg is probably on the low side.
